Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Shipping destinations We currently ship to Portugal, within the European Union, and to some countries outside of the EU.

Delivery times Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• Portugal: 1–3 business days
• Other EU countries: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 6–14 business days (please note, not all countries apply)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. 

Order tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Damaged or lost orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at dean(at)deanmandim.co.za so we can resolve the issue promptly.

For EU customers exercising their right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defect in the goods.
